Captured by Corporations

The EPA has finally admitted that our contemporary farming practices are having a negative impact on our environment.  I'm sure you've heard of Colony Collapse Disorder or read about how our bee populations are plummeting and suffering.  Why does this matter to you?  Because if bees aren't there to pollinate, flowers won't bloom and food won't grow.

Why has it taken the EPA so long to admit this?  In my opinion because our governmental agencies have been captured by the very companies they are supposed to regulate.  With executives from BigAg and AgChem in positions of power throughout our government it is no wonder that our food system is broken.
