I don't know about you, but every year I seem to make promises to myself about what I intend to achieve and I fall short on more than one. I've learned over the years that less is more and to make small changes in my life instead of big ones. The big ones tend to happen in life anyway, so I look for incremental adjustments in my habits that can lead to good health and happiness.
